1. INTRODUCTION
As TAG Elektronik Bilgisayar Savunma Sistemleri Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“TAG” or “Our Company”), our commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data is paramount. This policy has been prepared to inform all real persons whose personal data is processed (“Data Subject”), including our customers and third parties using our website and/or mobile applications, in accordance with all relevant current legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
It will be ACCEPTED that if consent is given in any area directed by this policy, the Data Subject is fully informed of these rules, has read them, and has authorized TAG regarding the relevant content.
TAG reserves the right to update these Personal Data Protection regulations, partially or entirely, at any time within the framework of changes that may be made in the current legislation and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board. Such legal legislative changes will be deemed binding on both TAG and our Customers/followers.

The main purpose of this policy is to fulfill our obligation to inform arising from Article 10 of the KVKK, transparently setting forth the principles regarding the processing of personal data by TAG and the rights of Data Subjects. In this context, our fundamental principle is to process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, to keep it up-to-date, and to collect it for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.

As TAG, when processing personal data, we act in accordance with the general principles stated in Article 4 of the KVKK:

- Processing for Specific, Explicit, and Legitimate Purposes: We process personal data for clearly defined, legitimate, and lawful purposes.
- Being Connected, Limited, and Proportionate to the Purpose for Which They Are Processed: We process data only as much as required by the processing purpose, in connection with this purpose, and proportionally.
- Retention for the Period Stipulated in Relevant Legislation or Required for the Purpose for Which They Are Processed: We retain data for the period stipulated by legal regulations or required by the processing purpose. At the end of the period or when the purpose ceases to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether personal data is processed.
- If personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this.
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad.
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

These processes are carried out within the framework of relevant legislation and guidance determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

TAG provides regular training to ensure that all its employees are aware of personal data protection. Data processing processes are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure full compliance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

This data policy and rules will be notified to all Data Subjects whose personal data is recorded under our obligation to inform within the scope of legal legislation, and will also be published on TAG’s websites and mobile applications.
15. AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
Rights of the Data Subject under the KVKK are TAG’s obligations. In this context, if changes are made or need to be made due to TAG’s economic and commercial decision or in accordance with legal regulations or decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, relevant notifications will be made to Customers and relevant persons whose data is recorded, via at least one of their existing registered communication information such as e-mail, SMS, voice message, etc.
